2. Full Property Management 12% of gross rent

6. Electrical Installation Condition Report £195

1. Tenancy Renewal Fees £60
Renewal of existing tenancies

3. Landlord Withdrawl Fees 12% of annual gross rent
To be paid in lieu of 2 months notice

End of Tenancy

1.Tenancy Dispute Fee £75
Preparation of all evidence and submitting to tenancy deposit scheme as well as dealing with all correspondence relating to dispute when the agent has protected the deposit

2. Project Management Fees 12% of net cost
Arranging access and ensuring contractors are compliant with schedule of works

Misc. Fees

1. Any additional work charged at £40p/h
Including travel time, plus costs and disbursements

2. Serving of Notices £85
e.g Section 8 and Section 21 notices
